I agree with
The only thing I would add is to draw and separate the clothing from the model, because both are done with really having black outlining, so they kind of merge and it's hard to see the design a little bit. In fashion design, the fashion is the most important thing, so contrast more between the model and the design.
Other than that, you're on a really good track right now, so keep up the good work!
I think this is some great evening wear, you tried out many different shapes and colours, and played a little with transparent fabric. In my opinion it's important to think about what kind of fabric the outfit could be made of, this way it's easier to drape the clothes around the body and you prevent yourself from drawing everything too stiff.
If you want to improve on anatomy, there're some good tutorials around here such as this one.
She has other tutorials as well, just search around a little, get inspired keep on drawing!
Thank you for the long comment. I appreciate that. Actually reading tutorials and trying out new things is pretty much all I do, as I'm still at the very beginning with drawing and digital drawing.
I haven't done fashion much, but it seemed interesting and I just had some ideas I'd like to put down on the paper (on the PS in this case). So thank you for the tips
Sorry about my English... If I made any mistakes.
For me it's easier to sketch on paper, just try different things and find your path
